He brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles at Schneck Medical Center, including serving as executive vice president of fiscal services and business development, CFO, controller and most recently serving as executive vice president and chief administrative and operations officer.
Raymond Grady, FACHE, has been named president/CEO of Methodist Hospitals in Gary and Merrillville. He spent the majority of his career at NorthShore University HealthSystem in Chicago, where he served as president of the hospitals and clinics division and CEO of Evanston Hospital. He also served as the CAO of Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin.
Joseph Hooper has been named president of Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo. Most recently he served as COO for OhioHealth Marion General Hospital.
Scott Weiskittel, MPT, has been named COO at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Previous- ly, he served as COO, assistant CEO and ethics/compliance officer at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center in Pottstown, PA.
Craig Felty, RN, BSN, MBA, has been named CNO at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital and Indiana University Health Starke Hospital, Knox. He is also president of IU Health Starke and has been serving as interim CNO since November 2014. He brings more than 25 years of patient care and health care management experience to the position.

He joined St.Vincent Indianapolis in 2001 to establish a general thoracic surgery program and has held multiple leadership positions, with his most recent position being general thoracic surgeon and regional medical director for St.Vincent Medical Group.
Kevin Higdon has been named CFO at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital and Indiana University Health Starke Hospital, Knox. He was previously vice president of finance and information services and brings more than 30 years of experience in health care finance to the position.
