State of Our Health Road Show

In 2018, the Alliance for a Healthier Indiana aims to raise awareness of Indiana’s poor health rankings, educate the public and lawmakers, grow grassroots engagement around the state, increase local support, and share ideas about ways we can all work together to improve Hoosier health. To accomplish these goals, the Alliance is embarking on the 2018 State of Our Health Road Show.

Between April and October, the Road Show will stop in 17 cities across the state. Local leaders, health care providers, public safety workers, and elected officials will come together at town hall meetings to hear about the Alliance’s plans for 2018 and beyond and share ideas to combat tobacco use, infant mortality, opioid abuse, and obesity. Each town hall meeting is free and open to the public.

Improving Indiana’s health will not happen overnight. It will take a concerted and collaborative effort, and we need your help. Register for an upcoming town hall meeting at HealthierIndiana.org and join us as we pave the path to Hoosier health.
